I had the chance to meet Ivana and Robert, who set out from Croatia on a world tour. In this post, I will focus on their exciting cycling adventure and the unforgettable moments we spent together.
Meeting Ivana and Robert
It was a great stroke of luck to meet Ivana and Robert on their long journey from Croatia to Turkey. The fact that they were touring the world by bike and had set out to explore Turkey's cities was truly impressive. When I received an invitation to travel with them, I was very happy that they were open to having a travel companion, even though I told them I was a hitchhiker and didn't have a bike.
Camping Adventure in Giresun
We had an excellent camping trip in the Keşap district of Giresun. This time spent in the heart of nature, by the sea, was both relaxing and full of discovery. While chatting with Ivana and Robert, I had the opportunity to hear about their world tour adventures and the challenges they have faced.
Journey Towards Trabzon
After Giresun, I set out to hitchhike towards Trabzon. I had the chance to meet many interesting people on the road and explore Turkey's northeastern coastline. My excitement to discover the historical and cultural richness of Trabzon increased.
The time I spent with Ivana and Robert deeply impressed me with their passion for traveling the world and their determination on the road. The short time I spent with them was an unforgettable experience full of companionship and shared memories. The fact that they will continue by bike all the way to India shows how brave and determined they are.
This journey served as a reminder for me of the joy of meeting new people and hearing the inspiring stories of those traveling the world. Encountering people like Ivana and Robert reminds me of how vast the world is and how many places there are left to explore.
