Hitchhiking from Thailand to Malaysia: An Adventure-Filled Night!

In this vlog, my Korean girlfriend and I embarked on a 12-hour hitchhiking adventure from Krabi, Thailand, all the way to the Malaysian border! Every moment of our journey held a different story. We had planned to cross over to Langkawi Island in Malaysia, but after missing the boat, we decided to cross the border by land. You can observe how our moods shifted throughout this adventure-filled journey toward the end of the video.

Our 12-Hour Hitchhiking Journey

During our trip from Thailand to Malaysia, we spent 12 hours hitchhiking and catching various rides. The most difficult part of our journey was that there was very little time left before the border gate closed. In those tough moments when we were hungry and thirsty, a Thai family who felt sorry for us invited us to have dinner with them. Being their guests became one of the most beautiful memories of this trip.

Plans to Reach Langkawi

While preparing to cross over to Malaysia's Langkawi Island, having to cross the border by land was quite thrilling for us. Everything we experienced on this trip was part of our journey, and we tried to make the most of every moment.

Conclusion: An Unforgettable Experience

This hitchhiking adventure stretching from Thailand to Malaysia was not just a journey, but also a story of the connections we built with people. I am sharing these moments I experienced with my Korean girlfriend with you. I hope you enjoy my video!
