A Baby Hitchhiking Around the World: The Georgia Adventure
A new adventure began in the city of Poti, Georgia. When I arrived in Poti, two-year-old baby Aris and his mother Seren said they wanted to join my world tour. Of course, I gladly accepted this offer! In this blog post, I will share our hitchhiking adventure from Poti to Kutaisi, our visit to the Katski Pillar on the mountain top, and the camping trip we had by the lake. I will also tell you how little Aris, the cutest traveler of our journey, became part of this adventure.
Hitchhiking from Poti to Kutaisi
After setting off from Poti, we hitchhiked with Seren and Aris towards Kutaisi. Hitchhiking in Georgia is both easy and a very common way to travel. The people we met along the way were warm-blooded and hospitable. Little Aris also enjoyed this adventure quite a bit; he didn't lose his smile throughout the entire journey.
Katski Pillar Visit
During our journey to Kutaisi, we visited the Katski Pillar, located on top of a mountain. This impressive natural formation offers one of the most interesting landscapes in Georgia. Although climbing to the summit of the mountain was challenging, the view from the top made us forget all our fatigue. Even little Aris was impressed by this view!
Camping by the Lake and Kutaisi
After visiting the Katski Pillar, we set up our tents and camped by the lake. This night, spent in the heart of nature accompanied by the tranquility of the lake, was one of the most peaceful moments of our trip. The next day, we stayed at the home of some Rainbow members in Kutaisi. These hospitable people, whom we encountered in every corner of Georgia, made our journey even more special.
Conclusion
This adventure was more than just a journey; we made new friends, discovered the beauties of nature, and saw how even a small child can join a world tour.
